This is Niranjan Yandamuri, Working in Financial Services Industry for last two years. I have noticed people, from Tamilnadu and Kerala, coming to offices in their traditional attire on the festival day. They feel happy dressing up in their treditional dress code on any festival day. At the same time, People from Andhra, including me, do not wear traditional dress code . I do not understand Whether they feel shy or not. If so, They have to lose their inhibitions. In MNCs, Employees are asked to come to office in traditional wear on their festival day. Yesterday, in my organisation, It was Vinayaka Chavithi, I saw so many Tamilians coming in to office in their traditional wear, While We were not. At that time, This doubt crossed my mind.
